Over thirty leaders of digital innovation met in London on 25th September 2015, to hear Forrester’s latest research on rapid application development methods and the platform choices available to accelerate digital innovation.
MATS business partners and customers from financial services, retail, telecoms, and utilities enjoyed a highly interactive discussion with Clay Richardson, Principal Analyst at Forrester. Clay leads Forrester’s research on Low-code Development Platforms and BPM software, and has interviewed several MATS customers and partners over the past year; providing valuable insight and proof points for Low-code adoption.
Forrester’s research has identified six ways that Low-code Development Platforms like MATS speed up application delivery.
Following Clay’s presentation, there was a case study presentation of how Thomas Cook have used MATS and a “Test & Learn” approach to improve processes in customer relations. Attendees were given a high-speed demonstration of how to build a mobile user interface for a MATS app; configuring and deploying changes inside 5 minutes.
